You need to consult with your Endo, Cardiologist, and GP to get something that will relieve your head and not mess with the glucose levels or heart medications.
Try hard not to get the corticosteroids for this problem. They are worse for you than anything else. Advair is the primary choice of these and it is so totally nasty. It has raised my bp, my bg, and caused me edema so bad that I cannot get my house shoes on!!
