I’ve heard rumors that Good Cholesterol can get rid of some amounts of bad cholesterol. Does good cholesterol have any other pros and cons?

    What you’re looking for are foods with high monounsaturated fats:
    Avocados
    Nuts
    Sunflower Seeds
    Peanut Butter (the natural kind)
    Olive Oil
    Peanut Oil
    Canola Oil
    Grapeseed Oil
    Flax seeds
    High Oiled Fish: Salmon, Sardines, Mackeral, Calamari (squid) and other fish with a high Omega 3 fatty acid content.,……
    Those are a few that flew into my brain……I’ll think of more……
