  2. There is no absolute proof. There is very strong circumstantial evidence, though. The connection between the two is undeniable, but 100% cause has yet to be established.
    These things are not perfect, nor will they ever be. You just have to read the current research and make informed decisions about your lifestyle choices.

  3. Oh come on. If you don’t want to take action to control your cholesterol just tell your family.
    There have been thousands of ‘trials’ that show that cholesterol causes CHD. Get a subscription to Jama and NE Journal and read to your hearts content. Check out the American Heart Association website.

  4. cause the cholesterol is in saturated fat which cant really be broken down so its dumped in the arteries and sticks there and if yhoo consume too much of it they get blocked and blood cant get through…
