Silly Question, But Is There A Perfect Cholesterol Number That Is Somehow Exciting?

I had my cholesterol checked the other day and the lady called to leave a message about the results and she was REALLY excited and said that they were excellent levels and she just kept repeating how great they were. Is she just a generally giddy person, or is there some cholesterol number that is worth getting that giddy over?
