Is Shrimp A Good For People With High Cholesterol?

I have recently took a blood test, the doctor tells me that i need to watch my cholesterol. i have heard rumors that shrimp has alot of cholesterol, fats, and protiens. Is any of this true?

    your Dr. should have told you that the body produces it’s own cholesterol in the liver and the total cholesterol value is mainly dependent on your genetics. the dietary fat intake effects the HDL:LDL ratio which is more important than the total cholesterol value
