No.
High blood pressure is the disease of Blood Vessels secondary to aging process, or constituents of blood e.g. high cholestrol and other raised lipid profile, uric acid etc. This result in narrowing of the lumen due to thickening of the arterial walls.
Bacause of the above reason the heart has to pump at faster rate and exert more resulting in heart disease.
Please remember the coronaries/ blood vessels of heart are also affected and a fatal out come can take place.

  4. No. Heart disease can be caused by many systems in your body. It can also simply be caused by changes associated with aging. Heart disease does increase your risk of heart related problems.
