However, there are options available like steamed foods that they offer.
If you do go with your friend who had a heart attack to eat chinese food, then tell him to get the steamed foods. The white rice or brown rice is also a much better option as opposed to fried rice.  Just make sure that he doesn&#039;t sneak any high fat or high cholesterol food.  After a heart attack, if you don&#039;t take care of yourself, You will cause more complications afterward and you will most likely suffer another heart attack.  Or in a worst case scenario, heart failure.  Tell your friend to take care of himself and to go to his cardiac rehab programs if he is in one of them.  </description>
