An eggs cholesterol is found in the egg yolk, different species of birds have different size eggs, they have different ratios of egg white to egg yolk, as well as different concentrations of cholesterol per gram of yolk.
In relation to eggs and cholesterol, the best eggs to eat on a low cholesterol diet, appears to be the common chicken egg, which has the lowest egg cholesterol and the lowest egg saturated fat, per 100 grams / 4 ozs
As an egg’s cholesterol is high, with the added disadvantage of having saturated fat, a high cholesterol sufferer normally restricts their chicken egg intake to one or two eggs per week and most likely should avoid the other types of eggs for the most part. But if you are not a cholesterol sufferer, you may have more eggs a week than a cholesterol sufferer.

We scientists have been extremely pendulum-like as far as eaten cholesterol is concerned. Recent studies have shown that high cholesterol is mostly due to the liver producing it on its own, not what you eat. This means you’re probably safe, but doesn’t mean you should go nuts though. Everything in moderation. I’d say no more than 2 per day; I personally jack up the volume by adding piles of egg whites, which have good protein but not much else (The yolk is the nutrient sac for any chicken embryos, while the white is just a protein cushion.). The two yolks add flavor, and the whites are filling.
Jogging is good, of course, but I think exercise mostly influences again the HDL and LDL produced by the liver, not what you eat. I’m not convinced that skateboarding is the best exercise ever (I’ve seen some horribly unfit people rock out at the skate park just fine). Same for the bike unless you’re talking longer rides, not stunt sessions.
To avoid risking high cholesterol, concentrate on far more than eggs. cut out the yolks and get plenty of exercise, but also watch your fats, fiber, and carbs (including sugar). Read this article How to Control Your Cholesterol, Part 1: Fats and also parts 2-4 under “related articles” to see ezactly what too eat or not eat. In the long run though, your body makes cholesterol and so eating right and exercising is only part of the equation.
Toss the yolk. The amount of cholesterol in just two yolk is the total recommended amount you should eat in one whole week. If you are strength training you need at least 5 egg whites a day, so be sure to ditch the yolk. Scoop out the yolk and stuff em with something, rice goes great with it.
i read somewhere you shouldn’t consume more than 4 eggs a week. but i eat like 6 eggs a week and i’m healthy. a 3 egg breakfast is normal, no? so… 3 a day only once or twice a week i would say
Don’t eat too many, apparently the body cannot consume too many boiled eggs – it can make you sick because they may be little but contain a ton of protein.

You can eat two a day. And BTW Eggs are a great way to lose weight.
So it will be a bonus for you!
Just eat the egg white. The yolk has all of the cholesterol.
