		<description>having a higher HDL helps to clear out the LDL and avoid heart disease... try to avoid all saturated fats, trans fats and cholesterol in foods.... look for foods with monounsaturated fats like nuts.. also eat lots of whole grains and other soluble fibers.. and stay active!</description>
