Heart Disease In African American Women?

Does anyone know if there is an ancestral link Between slaves and heart disease. I remember An episode on the oprah winfrey show called “The Number One Killer of Women Revealed”. Dr. Oz mentioned something about it, but i can’t find a way to watch a clip of the episode. I swear I heard him say something. And also is coronary heart disease the most common for black women and white women, or just women in general?

  1. Black and hispanic women do get more heart disease than others.
