Eggs Were Considered To A Big “no, No” Until Recently Because They Were Said To Contain Cholesterol?
Now, eggs are considered to be beneficial because they actually LOWER cholesterol. Question: Should we re-act based on what the “professionals” are CONSTANTLY throwing at us? I mean, they are constantly saying: “Whoops, sorry about that chief, we got that one wrong”.

No we shouldnt. To be honest, these days according to scientists almost EVERYTHING we eat will give us high cholestorol, high blood pressure,cancer,heart disease, type 2 diabetes and all other terrible conditions. We know that fatty,greasy and sugary foods are bad for us and that fruit,veg,healthy carbs and low fat foods are healthy. Thats all we should have to know. I mean look at our ancestors?! They lived on viturally tinned,stodgy food because people had little money and the war was going on…and they were seen as healthy!
Heres a big tip to life, 90% of what people tell you will be wrong, absolutely wrong, profesionals more or less guess on almost everything BEFORE they acutally do research on it, so say Fuc.k You! and do what the f.uck ever you want
I think it’s unwise to rule most things completely out. Most foods can be taken in moderation and will have some important nutritional value.
Eggs have protein, which is great but the yolk is what contains the cholesterol.
Try Eggland’s best eggs, they are lower in cholesterol. A little more expensve but worth it for your health. They may also have Omega 3 in them. I know my grocery store, Shoprite sells their own brand of Omega 3 and Omega 6 eggs. They taste the same.
My principal on this subject is that we should do everything in moderation . Yes cholesterol is an important consideration and eggs have been the subject in todays health articals , however we can enjoy many of the other foods that give us benifical cholestrol as well . The main consideration is to eat healthy and maintain a good balance in everything .
there is no harm in ahving eggs i mean hens egg. the duck egg is having lot of cholerstrol ok. if you have developed som allergy for egg avoid yolk have egg white. but your eggs must be hot. i mean the eggs should be taken at the earleist. once the egg come from the farms hurry up and ollect ehe eggs. put is a vessel containing water. the eggs which float on the top is bad, that which is in the middle is some what good. that eggs whioch are heavy and areat the bottom of vessel is good and consume it on the same day. if required you pay little bit more and consume freshe ggs on alernate days it is good source of proten and vitamins. the eggs get contaminted very quickely due to pollutions levels all over the world. the eggs polluted due to tiny pores which allow air to go inside and pollute the healthof the egg. so go ahed and happy egg hunting.

Eggs don’t lower cholesterol…eggs are the most concentrated source of cholesterol.The only foods that help lower cholesterol are low fat,”whole” plant foods.
I do my own homework and then base my decisions on common sense. It is always good to look at who made the claim and what experiments they did to verify it.
just eat a regular diet of meat, fruit ,and vegetables ,and exercise daily . then dont worry about the “experts”.
i hear you. But i think if its a natural food, which it is, coming form a chicken, then God meant us to eat them.There are too many opinions out there, and you know what they say. Opinions are like a–holes and everyone has one
Dont believe everything u hear. Its all a marketing strategy. The consumer is always the looser. Even pharmaceutical companys make drugs and if they dont get sale for them they throw in the virus into the air and into the chickens etc and start a sickness and get sale for their drugs. Its all about sales at any cost. Even with food there is nothing organic anymore its all about longer shelf life more yeild and at any cost. At the cost of the consumers health. They dont care about us.
