Does Anyone Have Any Personal Experience Using Garlique To Reduce Cholesterol? How Many Points Did It Drop?

If you could provide starting and ending total cholesterol, HLD and LDL that would be very helpful. And how long it took you to see results?Thanks!

  1. Using a proprietary supplement may not give you the results you need, because it tends to be of poor quality.
    Squish raw garlic on your food, or go to a vitamin store and get a concentrated garlic supplement,

  2. ya it has substancially reduced the levels. total cholestral came down from 350 to 200 in 6month period. 10 garlic per meal .but with that some regular exercise, strict diet were also followed.

  3. you need to shove a big raw clove up you butt!

  4. 10 Garlique tablets per meal!!!!!????? It calls for ONE PER DAY – better get you liver checked.
