Go to the dr and tell them your concerns. I think most people don’t know until the first heart attack. We all think we’re too young. A stress test can be done, a body scan and there’s a painful test where they go through your femural artery or something.

go to a cardiologist if you wanna do a check up you can go once a year unless you have heart problems

if in doubt go and get a check up my dad has a full “m.o.t” every two years just to be on the safe side.If the nhs doctors fob you off which they probably will then try a private doctor they will charge a couple of hundred pounds but when the a ok comes through it’l be worth the money

It is highly advisable to have a full medical check at least once a year. Plenty of companies now insist on this before contract are renewed or extended.
The medical should include a heart stress test and blood sampling for both blood-sugar and cholesterol levels.
During a regular GP visit, not all heart problems are detectable by listening with a stethoscope, so an annual full ECG test is well worthwhile, especially as you get older.
